Glitter samples I made

Here is what you need to get started

·         Alcohol Ink
This can be your own or bought
In this case I will use my own.

·         White/ Translucent Glitter
Any type of white glitter will work

·         Container(s) to place your glitter in

·         A mixing stick, perfeably something that is easy to wipe and wont stain from the ink.

Directions

(please see below for information on containers)
1.       To get started you will first need to get a container and your glitter of choice.
2.       Fill up the container about half way with the glitter.
3.       Picking your choice of Alcohol Ink you will stir about 2-5 dropplets of ink into your glitter until you get a desired shade.
4.       Let this dry overnight with the cap off to allow the alcohol evaporate and any water that may be left. Every now and then give it a little stir to avoid clumps, but don’t worry if you forget, you can cap your container and shake it to remove any clumps later.
And that is it, you now have your own custom glitter.
·         To see how your glitter will look on paper, get some double sided adhesive and pour and rub your glitter on it. If you would like a darker shade keep adding ink to it.
